What happens from purchase to connection?
You can return to this page at any time. Each step explains what you need to do, what YCT does next, and how you know the step is complete.
Choose your plan
Review the YCT VPN plan, price, and service scope on the Pricing page.
When complete: Enter the email address you want to use for your YCT account and continue.
Enter your account email
Use an email address you can access. This address identifies your purchase and will become your YCT account email.
When complete: YCT opens the secure payment step.
Complete payment
For card payment, finish the secure checkout. For manual payment, complete the agreed payment and then press “I have completed payment” on your application-status page.
Important: pressing the manual-payment button only notifies YCT. YCT must verify the money before your service is activated.
When complete: Your status page shows that YCT is checking the payment.
Wait for YCT confirmation and activation
Your payment notification has reached YCT. At this stage, the ball is with YCT and you have completed the actions required from you.
You do not need to pay again or submit another request.
What happens next: YCT prepares your access. When the account is ready, continue with the password setup instruction.
Set your password
Create the password you will use for the YCT customer portal and YCT Client.
When complete: Sign in to the customer portal. If your subscription shows Active, proceed to download.
Download, install, and connect
Download the latest Windows installer from the portal or Download page. Run the installer with administrator permission.
Open YCT Client, sign in using your YCT email and password, and press Connect.
Finished: When the client shows Connected, your VPN session is active.
If you are not sure where you are
If you have not paid, start at Pricing. If payment succeeded but you have not created a password, wait for activation / password setup instructions. If you already have a password, sign in to the Portal. If the Portal says Active, download and install the client.
Need to resume an unfinished application?
If you started the application on this browser, YCT saved it locally so you do not need to remember any technical access key.
