Most home and mobile networks work immediately. Managed corporate networks may restrict secure tunnels even when normal websites remain available.

Before contacting support

  • Confirm the client is the latest release
  • Try a mobile hotspot or home network
  • Record the YCT error code shown by the client

Corporate networks

Proxy policies, TLS inspection, WebSocket filtering, DDNS classification, or VPN controls can reset secure connections.

YCT provides encrypted connectivity where the local device and network permit it. Deliberate organizational blocking may require authorization from the network administrator.
